We strive to offer a comprehensive knowledge base and access to equipment user manuals (where applicable). We also offer a robust support ticket system to help you resolve your more time-sensitive questions or those that fall outside of the knowledge base.

Our full knowledge base is available for all visitors to browse. However, to access our equipment manuals or our support ticket system, we require that you create an account.

  • 1. How quickly can I expect my equipment after I order?

    Depending on the time of year, very quickly! We have an average turn around time of 5 business days from the date your order is placed. However, we get very busy around the new year (resolutions!) and cannot say with any certainty how quickly you'll receive your equipment.

    We can, however, promise to keep you informed every step of the way and if a delay is expected, you'll be the first to know.

  • 2. How often can I swap my equipment?

    The terms of your equipment rental can vary. If you opted for a month-to-month rental, you can swap your equipment every four weeks. However, if you opted for free delivery & pickup, the soonest you can swap your equipment will be 3 months after delivery and then every 6 weeks after that.

  • 3. I would like to use your "White-Glove" delivery and/or pickup service. Are your employee's professional?

    We understand how important it is to keep your family safe and to only invite those in whom you trust. We feel the same way about our company's "family".

    All of our employees have undergone a thorough background check. We only employ individuals with no criminal record. Those with a history of theft, violent crime, or any other major offenses are not even considered.

    Background checks are automatically re-run every 6 months to ensure that our employees are still up to our strict standards.

    Our employees have also undergone extensive training on how to safely transport equipment on the road and how to properly move it in and out of customer's homes in an effort to eliminate property damage.

  • 4. Something broke... Can you fix it?

    That's what we're here for! We will happily and quickly repair any equipment failure that was not the result of neglegance or misuse. In most cases, we'll be able to provide you with a replacement machine within 1-2 days.
